George Kent is committed to continue to provide our clients with our absolute best and safest service through these difficult times.

We would like to let you know about the following safety measures that we have in place to ensure our staff and clients are protected:

• We will continue to process requests via our website and phone calls.
• Our main office in Mississauga is now closed to the public. Any payments or signed quotes you can call us at 416-324-2816 and we’ll make appropriate arrangements.
• All of our office staff will be working from home and/or alternating in office shifts during the current government order. Deliveries can be left outside our office door.
• We continue to sanitize our office and all of our trucks and onboard equipment each day.
• Our staff have been equipped with appropriate PPE and sanitizing products.
• We have provided our workers with a temperature gun and each Foreman will be taking daily temperature checks.
• When on site, our team will keep distance from homeowners and communication will be accomplished while keeping 6 feet apart and wearing a mask. Another option is for the homeowner to call the Foreman and ask any questions over the phone.
• We have created a comprehensive COVID-19 Safety Plan our crew has on hand.

For New Clients:

• Quotes can be completed using our comprehensive contactless quoting system using our state-of-the-art technology which takes images of your home’s exterior, we will create a 3D rendering to provide you with an accurate quote within 24 hours.
• We are happy to connect with you and take your information via phone or email.
• If our team requires a site visit for urgent matters, we kindly ask that homeowners either stay inside their house and speak with our team over the phone during the visit, or we ask that you keep the required 6 feet distance and that PPE is worn by all parties.
